Rob Tibbo
Co-Founder & Senior Instructor, CDI
Rob co-founded CDI in 2008 and brings over 35 years of instructional experience in civilian and law enforcement training. He has trained thousands of students from the U.S. Military, Federal, State, County, and Municipal law enforcement agencies—including the U.S. Army, Coast Guard, FBI, Department of Treasury, and U.S. Marshals Service.
A certified Defensive Firearms, Active Shooter, Tactical Medicine, Combatives, and Defensive Tactics Instructor, Rob is dedicated to developing practical, high-performance training programs. He also serves as an Adjunct Instructor Trainer for General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, Simunition Division.
