CDI Conceal Carry for Women

Course Summary:

Are you a new gun owner who has made the decision to start conceal carrying but don’t know where to start?  Perhaps you’ve been carrying for a while but still find it difficult to make carrying fit within your lifestyle?   If you answered yes, then this women’s only course is for you!  Come spend the day with other women who have made the decision to take their personal safety into their own hands, and get answers to your concealed carry questions. This course will introduce students to key concepts and considerations when making the decision to carry a firearm on their person, tailored to address the unique concerns of female firearm owners.

The course will cover: 

• State and Federal Laws
• Choosing the right gun, holster, and gear
• Dressing for concealed carry
• Practical and social challenges of concealed carry
• Fundamentals of shooting refresher
• Drawing from a holster
• Clearing malfunctions
• Introduction to Use of Force concepts
